I have had a really good experience with this pharmacy. They fill my mom's prescriptions and deliver them at a substantial savings to her. The delivery is a Godsend to us because she is disabled and can't pick them up. I've never had a problem getting through to them by phone. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. The pharmacist even patiently explained a very complicated insurance issue to me recently and made sure to answer all my questions and didn't rush me off the phone. They always seem very sympathetic and are helpful the few times that I've had to call. The fact that I don't have to call very often is a testament to what good work they do, because we have a lot of prescriptions filled there.

I will never use the corporate pharmacies again. This place was fast and professional. The people were very kind and free delivery is a plus! They also look up coupons for your medicine automatically, so you don’t have to worry about finding them yourself!

Have an RX that insurance company stopped covering, but Loudoun Family Pharmacy was able to get it for a very reasonable price due to relationship with the manufacturer. They are wonderful - highly recommend.

I have had nothing but poor customer service and inconsistency with this company. I am taking an Accutane alternative which requires very precise timing due to intense government regulation. I have had issues getting my prescription filled through this location. While some might find delivery a nice feature, it is not when you are a school teacher. I have to work around a very tight school schedule of 730-330 and then I don't usually get home until after 7. Therefore, I need a precise delivery time. Once they came after the school was closed and instead of calling me, they just returned it to the pharmacy. The second time I had it delivered to my home because my husband would be there. They never knocked or anything, just left my meds on our front stoop in the snow for hours (I discovered it at 9pm when I got home). 
When I called them today they said it was already out for delivery to the school I work at without even giving me a call to see if that would be okay. 

Additionally, every time I try to call to get it filled I get the same disrespectful woman who says things like "well whatever they did last time they'll do this time". This indicates to me a severe lack in communication between the pharmacy and the delivery personnel. 

Overall, I cannot seem to get a polite or knowledgeable person to work with and the fact that they are delivery only but don't deliver on weekends is a huge inconvenience. Once I am finished with my Accutane in a few months, I will no longer be using this pharmacy and will be advising my dermatologist (who recommended this company) of my issues.

Loudoun Family Pharmacy  provided excellent service for three prescriptions   required for cataract surgery.  Two of the three Rx were not covered by my prescription plan and it looked like they were going to be pretty pricey. I don't know how Loudoun did  it but the three Rx cost less than one Rx from my prescription plan. Kudos to Loudoun and their staff
