Rude employees. Ignored us as we entered the store. Not willing to speak with us about our plans for financing a phone as we're so young. Very poor experience. Went to Verizon next door, very pleased.

My phone suddenly had no service and when I called AT&T they gave me some BS about line provisioning and told me I have to wait for them to research it. No telling how long that would take, I went into this store just before close. Lamar had my phone working in less than ten minutes and was very nice! Thank you Lamar!!!

Horrible service, horrible prices!  We are moving to Verizon.  I can't even use my AT&T Service in my home!  I have to pay for high-speed internet to use my phone at home.  That totally SUCKS.

Change my number and the manager offered me a better deal on the unlimited interned instead of 15GB 
I asked if this number and account change is going to coast me anything and she said NO. I have been customer since 2005 and they charge me $36 for changing my number $69 for changing my account.
I walked out with nothing to pay. Next month my bill was $396 it took me 1.5 months to get only $117 back.
I went back to the store after I received that bill and they said we can not give you any information on your account.
Save all the headache you will have in the future and choose another store. 
Very  unknowledgeable.
