Disappointing customer service. They had everything we needed, but when it came to assistance? The two nicest people were the plumber shopping down one of the same aisles and the cashier. Hubby stood less than 2 feet from two employees who saw him standing and staring at the merchandise for about 5 minutes while they sat and talked and completely ignored him. Until I finally walked up and said, "Excuse me. Sorry to interrupt your conversation, but he needs help. Could you please help him?" The unspoken being, "Am I seriously having to interrupt your personal discussion to get you to do your job?" While they gave good general advise, it was direct, and to the point, but no feedback and definitely no walking him to the correct aisle. Thankfully, that plumber customer was there to give him solid recommendations. Is it any wonder that Lowe's crop up everywhere? All they have to do to win is give some semblance of customer service to succeed.

Although I had called into the wrong dept. Ryan in building materials took the time to locate the product I was interested in, which was actually in  plumbing and then walked his phone up to Juan at front desk so I could do a phone order in order to pick up after work. Ryan had an A+ personality along with Juan at the front desk and their service was commendable!

I was helped by Mr. Doug Vesper at my local store. He found that the item I was looking for, was on order at another store. I think the local personnel at this store, are very helpful and want to help the customer out. This is store number is, 8528. Thanks a lot.

I ordered a pizza tonight for carry out with the full moon special. I was told it would be 90 minutes, which I showed up exactly 90 minutes later. I paid my money and still stood and waited. After 15 minutes, I asked the cashier how much longer, she looked me up and said my "guaranteed"  time was 10 minutes ago. Then she said it shouldn't be too much longer, not like "an hour or anything". I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for my pizza. My suggestion is...don't "guarantee" a time when it's going to be another 20 minutes. Your pizza is definitely not worth that much trouble.
