Just moved in and I like it better than our old apartment. They have very large floor plans, so we have more than enough space, and they allow pets only if yours doesn't go against the restrictions. They have all utilities paid so that also a big plus. The things I didn't like was that my fridge kept going out because of a faulty outlet, but that was fixed the same day, so their maintenance crew works fast/ efficiently. Also we moved on to the second floor ( they have 3 story buildings) and our upstairs neighbors are very loud. They have children too, which is cool, but they run around and their voices are too loud including the adults. They last thing is that when you move out you have to professionally get your carpet cleaned yourself, it's not a big deal they just didn't tell us before the lease signing day.

I live here and these apartments are horrible !! When something goes wrong  The maintenance people are rude when they arrive like they don't even want to do the job . The people above me are always loud in the mornings and the rent office people do NOTHING ! As a complex people should mind that its other people living below them and the rent office people should be mindful about noises . There are 2 lady's in the rent office and they have NO care ! I repeat do NOT move to these apartments please .
