I just moved here not too long ago and this was the first adult store that I googled. The staff was really friendly, knowledgable, and I can tell that they really do care. I would highly recommend coming back here!

As soon as my partner and I walked in we were approached by an employee and instead of asking if we needed anything she immediately started pushing their most expensive brand of vibrators.. which is not even what I came in looking for at all. My partner was made very uncomfortable by her aggressive sales pitch, and wanted to leave. When I finally got to ask her if they carried the product I was looking for, she said they didn't and went into the back room to see if she could figure out where I could get one, and never came back to us with an answer. Very unhelpful.

I recently went to the South Elgin lovers lane , and I had a great experience! First time there, so I was pretty nervous when I walked in, but I left feeling completly confident. I shopped for me and my girlfriend to try different things, the lady who helped me informed me about different options and things we could possibly use. I ended up walking out with a toy named "pulse 2", couple massage oils, and some lingerie for her! Everyone was so friendly plus they have lots to pick from! I will surely come back to this lovers lane!

Normally shopping in these types of stores is intimidating/uncomfortable. Not the case last week! The ladies at LL made me feel as comfortable as could be. Pointed me in the right direction for all my needs. Really appreciate their insight, kindness, and overall great service.
