It's a pretty good PetSmart but I don't like the way they are trying to get you to buy the most expensive dog food or cat food available. However that is the trend nowadays.

Mostly good incidents here, with a few exceptions. 
The grooming center gets overwhelmed on occasion, and has forgotten which dog to bring out twice. It can get hectic, so be sure to only leave your dog there if the dog will be likely to remember who you are later. 

The veterinary center has higher fees than what local centers in the Elgin/South Elgin area charge, so I would recommend going elsewhere for shots and vet services. Not the friendliest on the phone, but again, it may be a busyness issue.

Great for the basics. But not for detailed  knowledge.

The grooming salon is fantastic, dog or cat. We've had both of our furballs there for grooming and they've looked fantastic.
The store staff is a little clueless and a few of them just shouldn't work in a customer service job, but on the whole it's good.
It's also the only one left in the area!
