Had everything we needed for our remodel project and were relatively helpful throughout the process except for a few things. We were told that if we paid someone to measure our house for flooring that amount would be credited if we BOUGHT flooring however when it came down to it we were told that it's only if they do the install for you and we were planning on doing it ourselves. Very misleading. Also we rented a table saw to cut our flooring with and were told that we would need to change the blade, but not given any information on how to do that. We tried using an adjustable wrench and stabilizing the blade, but couldn't get it to budge. Feeling frustrated and defeated by the process I decided to call saying we couldn't figure out how to get the blade off with the tools we had and were wondering if we needed specific tools to do so. The employee who I was speaking to had the audacity to laugh at me and they respond with "you don't have an adjustable wrench." I'm already feeling frustrated that I couldn't figure it out to start with and that I needed to call and ask, I don't need condescending employees laughing at me and making me feel like an idiot. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was very pleased with being able to find all the landscaping materials I needed today along with getting keys made. Both associates I worked with were very customer friendly and knowledgeable. I'll continue to patronize this store when in the area.

Usually this location is good. But today wasn't. First the guy driving the floor cleaning machine hit my foot. I may have zoned out and didn't pay attention to the beeping, but he could have done literally anything else and gotten my attention. It was almost like he hit me on purpose. When I was checking out, the self checkout lanes were closed. It was only one person checking out. They called over one more. Then it seemed like management was walking by and decided to jump on a register. Well, that card reader wasn't working so I had to go right back to the lane I was in where I still had to wait.

Usually the place is organized and we'll stocked. Service is usually friendly. I frequent the place several times per month for small diy projects.

I had a bad experience with teller Qun. The store credit card could not use it without my ID. I showed her another ID without picture and she lied saying no because my picture had to match the one in the computer. Treating people like they are retarded is not ok. The store credit can be a gift. It does not have to match anything. Bad customer service. Also lying saying that the manager is going to say the same thing.
