The worst phone service I have ever experienced in a major type of retail facility. I have been trying for days to get someone to cancel an order for a generator that I ordered three weeks ago that was not available to Lowe’s because it was not Carr compliant. Love should never have listed it for sale or available. This was the second one that occurs occurred. The first one was a champion portable generator . For that one I finally found someone after hours that was able to cancel the order and refund my money. So far I have been waiting for hours for an email to confirm my cancellation and refund. No one has come yet. I’ve been trying to call the store. And always get transferred to some other unavailable line that no one ever answers. Disgraceful.

The reason I like this place so much is that the employees are helpful. I have been there several times and whenever I have had to ask for help, the employees eventually help and are thorough. The parking situation is a bit inconvenient, but it is worth it. The building is large, the store is well lit and very well staffed. The place is situated within several large neighborhoods and the hours make it convenient for people to get there early or even get there late at night if that is what you have to deal with. I would highly recommend coming to Lowe's and getting the help you may need for your project. This place is much better than what you may or may not find at the local neighborhood Home Depot. The Home Depot is more geared towards developers and people who may already be in the construction or handy man business. Lowe's on the other hand is geared a lot more towards the average every day person who may or may not be all too familiar with the complexities of being inside of the hard ware store. The options are very clear to see and to understand. Lowe's is better and a lot more geared towards home owners and average joes looking to get some small odd jobs or projects around the house or the yard. Home Depot is for those who don't need help or are not just the average joe.

Great store, usually staff is helpful and well-informed and most items are in stock. I love their Garden Center, especially in spring and summer. My one major complaint is the women's restroom. My husband and my son both say that the men's restroom smells fine. But for as long as I've been going in there in the last couple of years the women's restroom always smells like a terrible public outhouse. It's unbearable, and really makes no sense. This is a home improvement store that manages to make the men's restroom smell good but can't figure out how to do the same for the women.

Really really poor organization and internet pick up experience. Bunch of customer service reps have no idea how internet order pickup works. Email said item is ready for pickup but nothing was actually prepared so they have to go hunt for the items on the spot. Waited over 40 mins to pick up a simple order.

Horrible Poor service starts off with waiting for 40 min at lows to get with the hosts to help us ordering set of 2 stoves 2 microwaves 1 double sided fridge all to be delivered in a week and a half. all got there but for the 1 set of the stoves never warned us about the day before of the delivery 10 min called us and gave us a deadline to be there.. really ?! luckily we live like 7 min away ( jerks), never warned us about the second stove that might not get there in time or just doesn't exist, obviously just to make the sale, maybe in two weeks They'll have it.. they said, I paid my contractor and installers for no reason. my tenants are not going to move in anytime soon now, lack of their absolute screwup and that's an understatement. Ps lost on expense and time . Do not make the same mistake I did I Had to figure out myself about what happened to the set of the second stove not even a courtesy call but just dwelling about what just happened.. giving them a call made us wait 45 min to an hour on the phone on our Talking about Sunday delivery went wrong just can't believe this. option was to have a lower grade or different company, some brands I would never get, other option to pay more on the cost much more than what we expected same company just more advanced instead of saying, hey you know we screwed up we're your neighbours... here..such and such courtesy for A better one for same cost, I know because I would've done the same for my customers I service in at, They're lucky we can't give them a 0 review , it just doesn't exist . Might see them in court
