It would be nice if these people Lowes is paying would put those cellphones away... standing at the door/window counter to place an order and dude in Lowe's vest had cell phone in hand....it sang out "You've got mail!" The installer told me there were only a couple of competent people working there when he measured portal.... Yep... I'll try to transact this business another day...

I enjoyed the visit. As store, I saw the tables I was looking for right by the entrance. There was a Lowe's associate sitting right next to the tables. I asked for a 4-foot table they didn't carry that but they did have a 5 foot and 6 foot. I got the five foot and then ask for a canopy with the legs for a display; and then now they're sales associate came and escorted me to the aisle it was on lifted it and put it in the basket and thanked me. Going to the checkout line, I was the second person. I didn't even wait that long.

This was probably my worst customer service experience ever. I purchased a refrigerator and it was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be. I was hung up on multiple times and no one could give me a straight answer. Finally, I talked to a manager and was told the customer (that's me) rescheduled delivery for 4 days later. That's strange, seeing as I wasn't able to speak with anyone long enough to reschedule delivery! At one point I was even told there was no indication it WASN'T delivered. This was my first major appliance purchase and they completely ruined it. I was so excited too... womp womp

If i has the chance to put negative stars I would! Lowe’s sucks and don’t own up to there word! First time ever buying a refrigerator and a range I was told I would get it on the 2nd if Dec which I didn’t, they called me saying I was going to get it on the 9th I was like ok what’s another week! But the 9th arrived and no show! I try to schedule for Tuesday delivery but I can’t get my appliances delivered because I needed to schedule before 4pm?! What?!!!! So I’m already frustrated asking the manager to please make notes of an am delivery which he doesn’t and am stuck with a delivery from 2-4pm and they can do anything to help. Yea right!!!!! Shop some where else!
