Horrible customer service! Completely unprofessional, joking and flirting in front of customers. False price advertising. Even worse manager overrode the wrong price and later we had to go through a long return process. A complete embarrassment for Lowe's.

The salespeople are easy to locate & are very knowledgeable about every project we're working on. They've recommended products perfect for our needs. George and Rick have been particularly helpful with our current painting project ,although, many others have assisted us with other things too. Appreciate the Veterans discount too!!

The customer service in this store is horrific! I ordered thousands of dollars of upper cabinets. I did not receive a call when he cabinets came in but did receive numerous calls a week or more later because the order was taking up space in their warehouse. I advised them that my installation appointment had to be rescheduled because I wasn't notified when the order arrived. Then when I went to pick up my order I told Denise at the customer service desk that I kept getting phone calls asking if I liked my new cabinets, to which I kept saying had not yet been picked up. Denise told me this was their way of politely reminding me to pick up my items. I then waited for an hour while she tried to locate my order. Then when some of the pallets were brought up front the boxes were destroyed and were unmarked so we couldn't even confirm that what we were picking up was correct. Come to find out everything that was in stock was either not pulled and put on a pallet or the pallet was lost. After waiting over an hour, Denise tells me "Don't have a cow!!" Really?!?! You tell me that you're calling me numerous times because my order is in the way in your warehouse, but you have no idea where parts of my order are and are surprised by my frustration after an hour of waiting?!? Then come to find out, not all of my order was there!!!!! The original order had been placed 6 weeks earlier, took 5 weeks to deliver and no one bothered to order something they thought they had in stock but as it turned out was an "inventory glitch." I ended up going back to the kitchen department and pulling the in stock items with another associate since Denise was never able to locate them and we went home with an incomplete order. The customer service at this store is abismal at best and Denise being assigned to the customer service desk and advising customers "don't have a cow!" is about the worst customer service imaginable. Once this project is complete, I will not be back to Lowes again.

Poor customer service trickling down from the upper management. Employees are simply not properly trained to provide even decent customer service. There is absolutely no appreciation for being a customer of Lowe’s or sincere apology from the management or their employees when error was made on their behalf. NO accountability whatsoever. Ordered products from different departments at the store including windows, screens, patio doors, fencing blocks, lumber and every transaction was a dreadful, painful experience. The staff simply does NOT care and they do NOT have any consequences for their rude behavior. This store needs a new manager/management and a brand new procedure or refreshment in basic customer service skills. If there’s an option for negative star for ratings, this Lowe’s store would definitely qualify for negative 5 stars.

Like this Lowe's, always friendly knowledgeable staff. Today Al in paint was great at helping me with shower floor sealer, then walked me over to plumbing to find a laundry room tub. Then the young man who helped me load rock salt in my vehicle wouldn't take a monetary thanks. I always shop at this Lowe's!
