We are in the beginning stages of changing carpet. We had a person named Paul educating us instead of trying to make a sale. We also got additional help from his supervisor named Colin who gave us payment options and further education not one time did they appear as pushy sales guys that thought we were wasting their time. Great job

Great location. Great inventory. Great prices and selection. However, all summer long it was uncomfortabley warm in side store. A/C is broke for months on end? Also, staff is unfamiliar with the inventory.

I deliver building products. I don't really understand why it takes so long to get unloaded. 1 hr. 20 mins. from time I arrived to the time I departed. I'm the only truck there! I continue to bring you product only because the real lumber yards are really great people to deliver to!!!

I go in there all the time, im the best handyman in town, can find me at amestaylor4@Gmail. Com, but thats beside the point, there friendly, there nice and just a great environment!

Found a plumbing fixture at one of the Tempe Home Depots, normally $188, currently marked down to $168. Was going to pick it up (exact same product) at this Home Depot (Ocotillo) but the price was $188. When I mentioned to the plumbing guy it was supposed to be $168, I was told "every store is different" ...seriously??!! ...I then asked, you mean I have to drive all the way back to the Home Depot in Tempe if I want to get it for the $168 price?? Response.."yes, our price is $188" ...heading to Lowes!! UPDATE - I called Home Depot back to speak to the manager... just to make sure it wasn't a misinformed or unhelpful worker. The manager confirmed at different stores sometimes offer sales or lower prices and sometimes depending on what it is they will match it... Really?? Home Depot might price match one of its own stores?? The manager went ahead and matched the price of their other store since it was only $20, so I've added another star because of this particular manager.. But only one star because of this ridiculous policy :/
