Omg Janet was amazing at Lowe’s! Their system Went down and we needed a approval code and she was not taking no for an answer and went out of her way to help us! When she really didn’t need too! She is awesome thank you for all your help! I love shopping at Lowe’s they are always helpful!

Left without buying anything after walking around gardening and plumbing sections for 20 minutes and not finding the hose adapter I was wanted. No one in sight to help - didn't see one Lowe's employee walking the isles/helping anyone else either. Did find a hose though that could be useful for another project. Grabbed one to buy and stopped in my tracks as the top of the hose packaging had a heath layer of dust on it. Not trying to harsh or mean, but this wasn't a good experience and mirrors may last one a few weeks ago looking for a tool. My hope is someone at Lowe's see this and realizes that this store needs some attention. This used to be my favorite Home Improvement store...

Went for a park bench....kinda hard to find without any being displayed...but nice selection with good prices...I was impressed with the quality....friendly and helpful...clean store..

It's Lowe's. A little easier to find assistance than at Home Depot. I like the selection a little better as well, but essentially the same. Sometimes you can find better prices here than on Amazon. Sometimes not. I scan barcodes with the Amazon app on my phone to get a quick price comparison.

The Pro desk really needs to get their life together. We have been waiting over 45 minutes to load a pallet which was pre-ordered a week ago by the client. They can't print the correct paperwork and are unable to do basic inventory adjustments on what is left! This on top of deliveries of paint made to the property that weren't even mixed, tile delivered short of quantity then asked if we would like the rest delivered. Just absolutely chacotic trying to complete basic tasks. So much time wasted just on Lowe's behalf!
