I purchased a new refrigerator for our new house. Joe, in the appliance department was awesome. He helped make sure I had everything I needed and explained the warranty to me. He was very friendly and professional. Now if the rest of the departments could get on board with Joe's excellent customer service I wouldn't mind coming into Lowe's more often. The delivery guys were excellent, too! So far we are very pleased.

We visit on a Saturday. Store staffed in the paint department was awesome. We walk thur the store and in every department We was greeted. Helpful people who worked out on the floor.Great Visit.

I have found out in my past experience if you need help finding something grab one of those tall ladders and start pushing it down the Isle as if your going to get something off the top shelf and watch them come running then you have all the help you need!

Customer service was horrible, the first 3 operators did not seem to want to help. It wasn't until I asked for the store manager or a person in charge that I was even acknowledged as a customer. Now he was very helpful and energetic to pull my order and load in my truck.

Only 2 registers open at 5 o’clock and self check outs were closed! People weee lined up down asle!!!😟
