This post would be a 0 Star if it would have allowed me to rate it that. Just left the store after spending over $500 on a Husky tool/workbench. I will never return to this store. Long story short of the book I could write about horrible customer service from the manager Francisco? I assume that is how you spell it. They could not locate our merchandise that they called and said they had after we arrived to pick up the tool box they couldn’t find what we paid for over the phone to hold. Next, he finds it after almost refunding our money. He brings it out on a wooden crate to help us load the box on the back of my husbands Ram and as they lift it up to load it has the bottom open under it and they can’t lift it. He says to us let me go get help and leaves us there at the front with the tool box. He is inside in the meantime peaking around the corner as he flirts with his girlfriend and checks to make sure we are there. Thirty minutes later my husband tried to begin loading it again by his self with my help. A customer walks up and offers to help my husband and together they get it loaded. Once it is loaded this supposed manager sneaks out with his girlfriend he has spent the last 30 minutes ignoring us and flirting with her and says, “oh did you do that?” To me....I am not an idiot we have been standing here watching him sneak peaks to see if we have had it loaded ourselves for the last 30 minutes. I don’t know what his problem was except trying to be the “Mac Daddy” to his lady friend giggling at him. I wouldn’t ever step foot back in this place again....I spent over $3000 with Home Depot since September between appliances and odds and ends for our home and if it weren’t for our Madison store we wouldn’t be back.

Generally always a great shopping experience. Sometimes I've had to push to get satisfaction but a generally great experience.

We always get Superior service from the team here. Micah Chisom helped me locate several items I was having trouble finding. He seemed to have the entire store memorized!

Chris in flooring department is awesome! Described all the flooring and it's easy or difficult for the DIY. Took time and was patient. We were helped out through the check out and loading.

Do not buy appliances and have them delivered. They hand off the entire process to a third party that could not care less about you. I could not be more disappointed in how I’ve been treated.
