Good service and nice representatives. However, the plywood they sent down to me was not in the quality I want. I just need a complete piece with no damage. But the surface layer was cracked. They respond quick and say will deliver again. Hopefully they get it done right this time.

Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service! Prices (on trim especially) usually the lowest in town. Home Depot and Lowe's are an average of 3x the price of City on trim and moulding. Treat you like family.
