I was returning merchandise that didn't work out as expected. The return was a breeze. Return desk clerk was very pleasant & professional. I also had other items I wanted to get, & the ultimate purchase plus refund from original purchase was totally painless, handled quickly & professionally.

Its staff has always been polite, professional, helpful n courteous. Very seldom have we not found what we need or are looking for. Their prices are lower than Menards n they also give Military Discounts to Vets n Service Members n spouses.

I needed to pick up some mill work at this location. Some of the millwork was boxed up and required trying to find a sales associate to help me. Some older guy who wasn’t interested in trying to open up the materials on a pallet. I could tell his knees were shot and he didn’t have any personality. His body language clearly told me he didn’t want to help and be of assistance. Not sure where they find their employees, but this guy clearly was retired and shouldn’t be working in retail with customers.

Location – Very easy to get to Customer Service – Average Quality – Excellent On Time delivery – Average Pricing – $$.5 moderately expensive Summary – This is my go to store when I need something quick and normally there are no lines at check out. Not really sure how they kept the door open with so few customers.
