Service manager, Joshua, made me wait 10 minutes while he chatted with "customers" who he said, "see you this weekend". When he finally had time to grace me with his presence he was incredibly arrogant and condescending. Argued with me and finally walked away. Absolutely has no business being a manager of anything. He needs to be educated on customer service skills. No wonder Lowe's always empty when Home Depot is packed. Employees hide on stock area at back and you can never find anyone to help you.

So glad that I went to Lowe's, and extremely satisfied with Lowe's employee Edgar's extended help in replacing of the mesh screen window frame. He offered the free service to a customer who has challenges in replacing the screen window frame. I was at Lowe's last Thursday afternoon when the store was less busy with lots of customers. Thank you so much Edgar and thank you Lowe's!

The guys there were extra helpful. One employee by the name of, Waldo, especially. He went above and beyond to help me. When I first arrived, they didn't have what I was looking for, but Waldo made suggestions, gave me other options and just really tried. At the end he made it work! He has perseverance and kindness. He made my sons day! (It was a project my son was working on.)

Called to ask a simple question. Do they carry a part I'm looking for. Told to hang on. 7 min later, another employee picks up, same thing. 5 min later another employee picks up. Same thing_hang on. Then get disconnected after 12 min. Wonderful customer service. Hard to find good help these days.
