Not gonna lie this happened about one year ago but I need to give this guy some credit. Miguel is an outstanding worker he is on top of everything and he give you the best costumer service and make Home Depot fill like home. Thank you Miguel!

The workers at Home Depot have so much generosity I find the ones I know because they're useful it takes me a little while to look for the items when I asked him to find it down the aisle so I go to retrieve it and I asked another genuinely he assisted me with the service and I have my material and amount with a short list no confrontation good service at the cashier and did I know that everything's done on camera so it's safe I feel safe in the and all the safety stuff that they do it out alerts customers so everybody everybody helps each other working with the customer and the employees thanks thank you Home Depot

This HD has the WORST customer service EVER!!! Employees assigned to answer phone calls should be monitored!!! who ever is the manager here should check all the conversation recorded and should start monitoring associates who are assigned to entertain phone calls!!! DO NOT BE STUPID!!! I have been on the line for more than 2 hours and no one HELPED me. They keep on transferring my call to other departments and the line just get cut eventually. I asked for a supervisor and the associate said yes then put me on endless loop - hold!!! EFFING BS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND THE WHOLE TIME I WAS ON HOLD A LADY VOICE KEEP ON SAYING " YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US..." BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! Important my a$$!!!
