Came in to get white spray primer for my car. I have to drill 4 holes into my bumper and fender on both sides. To prevent any rusting I have to buy primer so that it’ll stop the rust process from happening. Came to the checkout line and was told you have to be 18 to purchase, which is understandable. So I called my dad to come pick up the primer instead. When he came, he was told that he couldn’t buy the primer either because he was suspected of buying it for a “kid” and my intentions were to “vandalize” and “destroy property”. After I strictly told the worker what my intentions were with the primer. This problem that we had was very weird because, while on the phone with my father, I was told “sorry” multiple times by the worker because my dad had to come pick it up.   My father spoke to the manager and was told the same thing. Personally my father and I aren’t shocked. Ace Hardware in Glendora has a pretty good representation of having these problems with most customers. DO NOT shop here.

Extremely rude, morbid and disrespectful female cashiers.  Terrible customer service! Go to Osh or Home Depot for better service.

My family and I just moved from La Puente to Covina, I loved going to Merrits ACE there, super friendly, and helpful! So I searched for an ACE store near me and found Mission ACE, these guys are great, awesome! Just got a new customer! Simply the best!!!
