Every time i step foot in this store its a ****show. Tonight i walk in there are 20 people waiting in line for returns, the self check out lanes were all out of order (not that they work when they are open either) and they still only had one register open. So i laughed and walked out the door. Anytime ive dealt with employees here they seem very nice. Its clear it truly falls on some of the worst management in the area. This store used to be great and its simply falling apart.

Nothing but disorganization and no employee communication. I came here to get a good price on appliances but god nothing but headache. Customer service at this location is way understaffed and none of them have a clue what is going on.

Customer service desk is as slow as molasses. I stood in line for 20 minutes to pick up my online order and there was only one person in front of me and two ladies working the desk. The worker sent to get my order took another 20 minutes then told me to wait for the customer service rep to print out the paperwork for my order, another 10 minutes. Ridiculous waste of my time. Home Depot is much more efficient.

Say what you want about the store and its small returns desk, but most of the employees here are top notch and knowledgable! Kevin from customer service and Mike from hardware are two of the most down to earth and knowledgable people I have ever meant here or at any other home improvement or hardware store! They are both so friendly!! I wish the head manager of this store was as nice and knowledgable as them!! Keep up the great work Kevin and Mike!!

I stood in line at customer service for 30 minutes today and it took me screaming to finally get some customer service. 30 minutes is a big deal to somebody that is stopping by to grab material to do a job. My boss was not too happy about that time wasted. Next time I will drive five minutes further to Home Depot to avoid the bad customer service, the lack of knowledge that the associates have, and the bad attitudes that everybody seem to have!
