I recently visited this Home Depot in search of a lawn mower. I am from MD but my local HD was out of the model I was looking for. I went to the home & garden dept and was immediately assisted by Paula. She was very helpful in showing me what options were available this late in the year (new, reconditioned/floor model). She spent a considerable amount of time with me. This is excellent customer service which I am not used to these days. I made the purchase and will definitely be back to shop this store again!

I normally love this Home Depot . I was going for roofing materials and the gentleman near the department pointed to where I could find the stuff. I needed tar paper , tar a sealant for the roof. These are all heavy . He finally caved in an helped me to put the items in my cart. Check out was a breeze and a young man named Julian loaded everything into my car for me.

Ordered online. Said they had it in stock. Texted me that my order was ready. Drove over to pick it up and it was short 3 items. After I loaded what they had I went and checked their shelves. They had my 3 items but they were high up on a shelf that required a rolling ladder to reach. I guess they just didn't feel like getting them. I'll check Lowe's.

I went to The Home Depot to buy some ethanol-free 4-cycle fuel for my lawnmower. They have it in quart and gallon(?) cans. A lot of other nice things for enjoying summer at home. Tools, maintenance, storage and convenience. Simple.

If I were asked this 5 yrs ago I would give you 5 stars But in the past few years I have noticed that they have fewer employees available on the sales floor. On my most recent visit once I found an employee and asked for help he simply replied not his department and I needed to see the employee in that department. All that being said they have everything for the DIY and contractor supplies.
