1 star is very generous. Managers, Leah & Dan, have incredibly poor customer service skills. Leah was rude, sarcastic, dismissive, and extremely condescending! When I mentioned that I was filing a complaint because she wouldn’t accept a return, she flashed her name tag and mockingly called out her name. Later, as we were leaving, she sarcastically called out, “B-y-e!” The item I was returning was an outdoor Christmas decoration that was missing assembly items. I’d contacted their online help service on several occasions, before & after Christmas, to get the missing items shipped to me, and they were never sent, so I decided to return the outdoor decoration. This was within the 90 days of purchase as noted on my receipt. Leah rudely explained how it was a seasonal item, & that she had personally displayed a sign stating that it couldn’t be returned after the 26th of Dec. (This was not noted on my purchase receipt.) Keep in mind, this item was missing assembly items & couldn’t be put together! This was a terrible experience, & it’s appalling to me that anyone with such poor customer service skills could be appointed “manager!” These people should be fired! I will NEVER return again!

I like their app. You put in what you are looking for and it send you the isle and bay, awesome. Some time their inventory is off but rare. You may want to call it in so they can check Inventory so you don't have to waste your time and gas money.

Horrible experience...the customer service was for the most part oblivious to policies they should be fully aware of. I went to return a water heater (that was professionally installed) and they would not take it...have me the run around that I had to get a RA # from the company but that it would be an easy fix...It wasn't...the company then said I had to reinstall the equipment then call them and maybe after that I would get the magic number...installed again and took out the element...turns out the element from a Brand New water heater looked like this...My thing is I bought something brand new, and it obviously was defective, let me switch it out for another...my plumber should not have to do maintenance on a product that is hours removed from the shelf in the store..,what's worse is the customer service represntatives had no clue...I hope this is an isolated case but if it is not then I do not see myself shopping there much longer

Very pleasant. An associate in the key, bolt and screw dept. promptly assisted me. He was courteous, helpful, and handled my needs Greeted on the way in and told thank you and goodbye on the way out.
