Lowe's holds up to its name: home improvement. There are so many sections that should have a greater variety or selection of items, which have in past years, but no longer do. For every-day fixes, where it's simple things or you need to replace appliances, this is the store for you. However, if there is a large amount of specialty items needed for a job, ( repiping, building a shower, etc), chances are that you won't be able to find a large portion of the items needed. The online store has them, no question, but in store stock differs greatly from what is online. Furthermore, and something to think about, it seems that stock changes based on the main items used in that region. Meaning that one store may carry different materials than another. Additionally, the staff can help if you have questions, so don't be afraid to ask. They are, overall, well trained. That does mean though that you may be told the item you need isn't in the store. For these reasons 3/5 stars is all I can rate them.

Huge, to the point it is almost overwhelming. Good thing the staff was great and walked me every where I needed. Great compared to local home Depot

Service is absolutely horrible. 28mins to get a dishwasher that was purchased and placed back to hold. Somehow it was "lost". Excuse was "nobody has a forklift license", understandably a problem....but how does that impact a lost item? No apologies, no hustle.....but lots of folks on the floor talking and having fun. Clean store though with tons of good stuff. Just plan on truly doing it all you self.

1/10/18 @ 1904 Just spent $750, loaded the wood on my trailer, noticed the wiring plug on the trailer was In pieces on the ground. I Walk back up to the door that was guarded. I told him I was just in there and needed a wiring harness because mine was broke.....A Supervisor Alfredo who had just stood there & watched me load a rug and 10-4x8 sheets of plywood interjected “too bad we are closed” Customer “I don’t have trailer lights and literally just walked out with $750 dollars in merchandise, all I need is the trailer harness“ Lowe’s Associate “well we are closing” It’s 1904 pm and I could see people still checking out Customer “so you want me to drive home with no lights” Lowes associate with his hands in his pocket “sorry sir” Customer “ok great, I will be returning the merchandise in the morning,” Lowes associate “that’s fine, it’s within your rights” He did all this with his hand in his pocket sauntering back-and-forth, then two other employees walk out and the lazy SOB orders other people to go grab one cart each in the parking lot. You think the people they put in managment would’ve be trained to think & have some discernment. Maybe “OK were closed I’ll have somebody run and grab that part for you but you need to get right back out of here”.....I didn’t show up late to the store trying to get in and start shopping I was done, but I needed to get a piece so that I could have trailer lights on the way home in the dark. The lazy Alfredo didn’t seem to care if he sends customers driving home with no taillights as long as he doesn’t have to take his hands out of his pockets. What if my or your mom, wife, son or daughter rear ended a black trailer in the dark because of the managerial Sloth representing Lowe’s. I edited this to add actual names because I returned all $750 in merchandise today 1/11/18 plus $250 my mom returned. In addition today she purchased all the materials for her bathroom remodel from HD & Floor & Decor all thing she had previously picked out and planned to buy from Lowe’s. Alfredo knew the whole situation I made sure I communicated everything in this review prior to putting him in the review. I’m 100% done with Lowe’s.

Positively great. Staff were pleasant, very nice and eager to help. Very trusting in giving me the most important decisions to make for my project. Thanx Lowe's and your family of staff. Ms. Judith E Johnson.
