Went to Nitro Lowe's to the flooring Department ready to buy flooring for a large room. No one around to help. When I took my possible choices up to the front customer service area I was told I would have to go back to the flooring section to ask about availability and I even tried to explain that no one was there. I was told he might just be out to lunch. I didn't ask her why it was called customer service...... so needless to say I'm on my way to Home Depot to buy some flooring.

I need a part to fix my toilet. I was in and out in a no time using the self checkout. Well laid out and clean store, a lot different the last time I was there.

Disappointed in my trip to Lowes this evening. Not a busy night, with plenty of employees standing around. I waited to 20 minutes to get help with a Christmas tree. Each time I would walk up to the outside register, the employee seemed to not have any idea why I would be back, like he hadnt just seen me 5 minutes prior, but more importantly annoyed because I interrupted his game he was playing on his cell phone. I finally went to the service desk to ask for help, where the gentlemen was rude. However, when the boy did finally arrive he was kind and helpful. Overall, horrible customer service.

Very helpful personnel, especially a young lady named Samantha. Great location and, as with all Lowes stores, great selecting and prices! Love the store overall!
