This is my go to place for Sprint.  I've always been treated well.  The new phone set ups are faster!  I've been a customer for 15 years.

I hate this store and this company. They are very rude. The company can't do what they promised due to too many customers.

Customer service is terrible. Their current employees are rude and not helpful. I'm not basing it off one experience, but multiple. I've had to visit the store over 8 times just to fully have my account set up. I'm hoping they reevaluate their staff and up the service standards. Don't waste your time stopping here, check other locations.

I love this Sprint store! The employees are always helpful, I could not get my sims card to save my apps, I took my phone here and the employee showed me how to fix it!!
