A lot of overstock in the lawn and garden and fashion bath departments, it makes the job of top stocking a little tough, but on the plus side there are many varied options of lawn equipment and bathroom fixtures in stock for your shopping experience! This is a very nice Lowe's!

So this is the second time I've gone to Lowe's to look at vanities for our half bathroom and the 2nd time no one has even acknowledged we're there. I'm blown away. Last time I asked someone at customer service if they installed and was told they didn't which isn't true - the employee just didn't want to take the time to look it up. This time no one anywhere. I did see they want $330 on a sign to install a $200 vanity which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Vanity should cost no more than $150 for a 30-inch. This location has never has enough employees to deal with all the different areas. Needless to say I can't wait for Home Depot to open in Mount Pleasant. From what I understand this is one of the highest grossing Lowe's in the country but they are extremely understaffed and don't have people in the areas that are knowledgeable of those products. The only positive thing I can say about this experience was the greeter at the front door was extremely kind.

I wish I could give a zero rating. I am moving to MP and I am remodeling my new house. Unforyunately Lowe's has no competion here so they must feel that they don't need to provide ANY service to people who are spending their money in the store. I have too many stories to descirbe my dissatisfaction ; including regarding my purchase of my kitchen appliances. After waiting over a month for my appliances to be delivered I was told that now I have to wait until April 2018. Who waits for six months to get their appliances? Its staff are either not trained properly, the hiring manager needs to be fired or the system needs to be trashed! This review should be zero

Love coming here when we visit mom in SC. Something about this store just makes me want to fix things up and make all sorts of home improvements. Great store!
