Great customer service, good prices and the convenience of a post office inside the store!

This is a cute store and everything seems good enough, but the PO is the most horrible customer service I have ever encountered. I came in to pick up a pipe I had cut for a client out of town and thought how convenient it was to be able to just pop it in the mail to them in the same store. I was in with my two-year-old who was acting like a two-year-old and I was trying to keep her in check while also selecting the right size box. As I struggled to find the right box, Marie and another older brunette women just sat there looking at me- two of them- with zero offer of assistance. And then Marie has the nerve to ask me to move my small pipe off the counter so ONE of them could assist another customer. I’m sorry Marie, please DO NOT trouble yourself to lift a SINGLE FINGER to help me move a FOUR inch piece of pipe from the counter. And then when I selected a box, placed the pipe in it, and looked on my phone to confirm the address while also trying to keep my daughter away from something she wanted to pull off the shelf, the other brunette woman said “you’re going to have to tape that” talking about the box. I would say how miserably horrendous these women are but I don’t even think I need to. Needless to say,
do not ever waste your time thinking either Marie or the other woman at the PO will be helpful or even the slightest bit friendly. I would think that women with that much age on them would remember what it’s like trying to accomplish things with a small child in tow, but it is obvious they could not be bothered for anything.

As a frequent shopper, daily, of this store, I have to take exception and comment on the previous post.   I think I witnessed this episode and would offer that if your kid is out of control (your control), all shoppers would appreciate you removing the child until they are back in emotional control.  Also, this area has several work areas where you could have placed your items and worked on your package other than at the customer window, blocking all other customers.  I can't imagine any employee would get in the middle of you and your child's meltdown and it's certainly not their fault.  Get a grip.  I have never had an employee of this establishment do anything but give me great service and I think this type of unfair review is one of the problems with social media, you can vent and fabricate and smear with no recourse.  I can only imagine the management reads these with frustration knowing that any response is probably futile?

GREAT SERVICE! The staff is always ready to assist you in whatever your needs might be! They are kind, intelligent and willing to assist! I shop here 2-3 times a week!
