Store was clean and tidy. Customer service at the registers is always pleasant and the staff go out their way to help you find what you're looking for. My only problem is with the Returns dept, they are the slowest, and quite frankly, unprofessional. Talking to one another about things that have nothing to do with Lowes and using their phones.

Come here to return a wrench set with only a passport as I'd that was not accepted. So my co worker used his IDto exchange it. I go to checkout with my new purchase and I was asked for my I'd when use in the store gift card I got after my exchange. I had no receipt die to receiving the wrench set on Christmas day I called my coworker back to the store to use his ID so we could get the things we need for the job we are doing. Not sure why that is their policy but I am sure there is reasoning on why they do returns like that

I'd like to that everyone could see this publication by the abuse that me and my wife were exposed by a low class guy when we take a car that was in the hallway with one box so we left it at the corner, and the guy told us quote: Is that what you guys do at home??!! i couldn’t believe that he talked to us that way, and of course i responded with something i don’t want to say i’m not gonna finish the story that way i don’t disrespect anybody here people like that shouldn’t be working in that place.. worst experience ever!!!

I am proud to say that I recently joined the staff of professionals at Lowe's and am happy to be able to apply my 30+ years expertise in the home remodelling industry to almost every experience a customer has. The staff seems genuinely interested in resolving and exceeding the customer's expectations. Both the employees and our customers treat each other with respect and that is EXACTLY what we each receive in return.
