Can never find what I need. Rarely an available employee. It doesnt help that stores down the road from each other have different layouts. Spend more time wandering around than I do money...

Store is fine as well as staff but you can't reserve a truck rental. You get there and none available you wait for an indefinite length of time. Should be able to reserve with nonrefundable deposit for let's say 30-45 mins.

Lost my wallet there, got a call at my house number like 3 hours later. They called twice because no one picked up 1st time. Thank you home depo staff. I would have been lost by the time I realized I lost my wallet..
