The customer service desk woman was vary rude. I needed to return a set of planner blades an order the rite set . I explained this to the woman she returned the set I had bought . When she was done she walked away. I stood their waiting to order the new set ,after a little bit she came back over look at me an said what. I again explained that I had to order the rite set of knifes.she then scoffed at me an said I had to go to the outdoor power equipment desk, like I should have known that. I don't know why I would because a planner is not an outdoor tool. the man at that desk was nice an helpfull ,he also could not understand why she sent me to him.he did end up ordering them for me thou we had to go back to the service desk an use their computer. I was just shocked an frustrated if u don't like your job that much find a new one.

First off, I work for the big orange box. I am keenly aware of our separate approaches to customer service. I came in for some ply and paint on Saturday the 28th. I needed some help finding the correct ply sheet. I passed a number of associates (5 to be exact.) not one of them asked if I needed help never the less how I was. In fact 3 of the five stopped and turned around as I approached. Pretty sad given that it’s a Saturday afternoon. I’ve given this store quite a number of chances but this sealed the deal. No more Lowe’s for me.

Good location, easy return, wide selection of items from screws to professional construction materials, expert assistance, friendly associates and they honor active and retired military service. How much more awesome can you get. Coupled with competitive prices and assistance on installs a true imaginative man or woman could ever desire. ☺
