While I've yet to have a fully-positive experience at this store, they do have some staff who rush to the rescue to help undo the damage their colleagues cause. I'd suggest that management spend a little more time training all the staff on what is/isn't in the store and where it is/isn't - so that all those questions aren't being answered by just one or two competent employees.

It's a good place if it's the closest one to you but nothing special to travel for. The staff is nice but generally not too knowledgeable about the products. It has that second handy old school Kmart kind of feel. I have purchased a lot of bird seed from here and a cat to pull from behind a small lawn tractor and some tools for working the yard. The quality is good for the price and the prices are generally reasonable. Worth checking online and if you can get a better deal here than Lowe's I always make the trip
