frustrating beyond words! delivery was cancel without telling me which means a whole day waiting wasted. when I called to find out what happened I was told the item arrived broken to the store so they need to order another one. "i promise to call tomorrow before noon with a new delivery time which I will set for Friday" that call never happened. when I called back the same guy who the prior calls identified himself as the delivery manager now answered the phone pretending to be a receptionist and promptly hung up the line when trying to transfer me. when I called again there was no answer any more !! how is this even possible ? I have called three more times after this and no answer. maybe they have caller id and they know I am calling prior to picking the line. I just know they don't pick up I don't recommended them at all !!!! update: after waiting 3 weeks and no answers no call backs, I walked in cancel my order and went to best buy. within two days I had my item delivered and saved 120.00 on the same item . so forget this place and drive 5 minutes to a more professional, clean and me accurate inventory place.

I went to the Kendall Lowe's for some specific parts to repair my chain link gate. I was told that this store no longer sells the items I needed. They were moved to the Hialeah store. I've tried to use this store several times to get items for projects and have had an issue every time. Stuff I've ordered was either hard to find or still up in the rafters. The individual staff I've dealt with have tried to correct the issues but other staff seems to be slacking. As far as today's visit they seem to think no one has chain link in the area and moved it to Hialeah. If I wanted to go to that Store I would've started there. I got what I needed at the Orange store aka home depot.

Tony in the door dept was amazing. He was patient, cordial and super professional. He answered all injure questions, provided options and great suggestions. Great customer service. Tony is a real asset

Usually don’t go to Lowe’s but as I was passing it by on my way I thought I could stop by and buy what i needed. They made sure that I never use Lowe’s again. Terrible and beyond words terrible customer service. Attendant seemed like he was on drugs and was trying for force sell me something that I don’t need confirming it was it. A sketcky store with no armosphere. Try shopping somewhere else.

They never answer the phone, operator says she will be right back, hahaha after 15 min waiting, called back asked for manager, she said they don't have one, asked for supervisor she said maybe, let me see....... she never came back....then I called back recording said store closed and it's 08:43 pm. I purchased a ready assembled grill for delivery. Supposed to arrive today! They brought it yesterday in a box, I didn't accept, said they would return today Lost 2 days waiting.. I guess I'm the idiot!! Thanks Lowes!
