Paint department always is the same the waiting is ridiculous. You should hire more employees for that dept. Both of my cashiers were excellent in the garden and inside. The associate in the garden department was great too

Bad service. I asked for help because the product I wanted had a lock. The response was ok. Never got the help. Still with patience I asked another male for help and his response was he was going to the other end of the store. So I had to ask him to call somebody to help me then. He helped me with such agitation. It was the most simple help I needed. nothing complicated or time consuming. seriously what is wrong with the men at this location.

Parking lot was full, surprising that was enough associates ready to help on such a busy day. They were out of one of the items I was looking for. They should prevent peaple buying small items from park at the pro's or contractors loading area. Overall good experience.

Excellent customer service. Ramon from the Paint section helped me and provided helpful information on what kind of paint would be the best for my specific case. He also suggested I get a sample (in the picture). Also, one item had higher price than Walmart's. They matched the price.

Great store!! Home Depot has a killer check out system that helps with the lines of customers making it easy for both the associate and the customer. Usually it's easy to find the things you're looking for.
