My husband has always been happy with the service and availability at this store. Additionally,  a couple of weeks ago, we were shopping for a refrigerator and stopped in the store shortly before closing time. One of the associates spent time with us, not rushing us at all. When we were unable to find what we were looking for, he suggested we look online to help narrow down what we needed. I found what I needed online, but then had difficulty ordering it. I called the store the next day, and spoke to a young man named Malik. He was not sure of the answer, and asked the manager, who simply said there was no solution. However, Malik did not give up until he found a solution to my problem. I have not seen such dedication in a service representative in a very long time. It was past closing time at that point and although he was not getting paid, he spent a lot of time making sure that I was happy and that all of my questions were answered, at least half an hour beyond closing time. They are lucky to have such a dedicated employee.

We went super early, called ahead of time to ensure someone was there to mix paint, got help immediately. Super fast!

We have had nothing but problems with the Lowes location. Ordered custom windows and a flippant guy didnt order correctly. Ordered a stock sliding glass door and the staff, delivery scheduler and drivers were a bunch of 'ding-dongs'! It is clear to me that unless you order store merchandise to take home with you or a national contracting company, you will get skipped, looked over and missed as part of their 'customer service' and they do not care about you. I would check with a competitor first!
