In life you have a conscious opportunity to be great or to be a failure. Unfortunately so many individuals within the overall customer service industry have found the need to place personal feelings or “policy” in front of customer. If you’re ever in this store understand that the term customers first does not apply. They have no intention or desire thereof to resolve your issue and could care less what your circumstances are or how large of an account you have. Thank you (Manager) Shae for showing me that customer service is out the door at this location at least. I pray that the remainder of your organizations choose to do be phenomenal.

I think this Home Depot is very well organized and easy to find what your looking for. It can be a bit of a wait for assistance if it's during a busy time but they are always very helpful. And if it's something their not familiar with they find the right person for you.

I went into the store for a problem. I had with a product purchased at Home Depot. Steve at the customer service counter assisted me. I had to spend a little time checking on a new item. And he had to make a few calls to check with a manager. But in the end I was able to make my purchase. Even though he was very busy helping me & other customers. He was very pleasant to talk with. Thank you very much.

Product in incorrectly marked bays, no associates in lumber to help. Had to ask a cashier multiple times with no luck. She called for a manager after 20 minutes Steven (asst. manager) never showed. I asked for a store manager and she never showed either. After 40 minutes, the gentleman in charge of the area finally showed up and looked startled. I was kind, and patient with him, but frustrated that it took so long to answer a simple question. I asked if he could bring a manager down and she never showed. He kept trying to side step the question and ignored me. The leadership in this store is horrendous, as it is with every visit. I come in here quite often and it's impossible to find someone willing to help voluntarily. I have to play where's waldo to get help. This store is in bad shape and needs a substantial leadership overhaul. I will not be coming back to this store, and will instead be traveling out of my way to Menard's where they actually HELP their customers. Pretty sad when 2 managers refuse to talk to a customer and instead give them a 35% discount and send them out the door. You lazy people, I could care less about a "discount". Do your jobs!

We like the customer service at this store. Not always walking around asking to assist....but if you see a staff they will help you. We actually have used stores up North, but ended up coming back here.
