Christian and Robert were amazing help when me and my hubby went in search of a new fan. They were friendly and patient and literally went out of their ways to take the fans out and show each high med. and low setting of all 3 fans. We left extermly pleased with the help and the product.

Terrible!!! I placed an order for a flooring project for my home. When the order was placed I was told it would take a week to come in. Well this Saturday will be 4 weeks later and I still have no product. I have been calling weekly and have been told they are calling the East Coast where the order is being made. Asked to speak with a manager. Spoke with a manager named David. Who had the nerve to ask me why this hold up is costing me money which is none of his business. I answered him anyway, he said I understand I will look into it and call you back that was two weeks ago HE NEVER CALLED BACK!!! Every time I call the flooring staff tries to help me, but all the computer says is "the material is still not here". They were going to call us over the weekend and the gentleman said he would be out until Tuesday (which is today) but he e-mail all the managers to contact us before he came back. STILL NO CALL BACK!! GO TO HOME DEPOT. Avoid this nightmare and terrible service.

No wonder this place was virtually empty during the holiday shopping season. There is no employees to help you if you need anything. And the ones that are here will do their best to ignore you as long as they can. And if you would like to save money don't shop here. The item I was looking to buy is half the price at the Home Depot as it is here. Maybe it's cuz it's in East Highland and they think they can charge more. Will not be back.

At the Pro Desk, Sara and her assistant were the best. The service I received was beyond amazing and the followup was quick and accurate. I will consistently go back to that Lowe's location.
