Today my kids and I experienced a helpful crew who assisted in locating a daily deal I couldn't find on the floor. ( Because they were in a case by the door, locked up.... Vacuum) Items that were in stock seemed to be in the right spot. We found a few clearance deals ( curtain rods for $0.19) so we'll be creative with those special finds. Overall good experience. We'll be back.

Purchased a dryer sales person told me I didn't need to buy 3 prong cord installers will take the one from old dryer and install on new dryer. That was a lie, installers came and said sorry sir can't install since you didn't purchase a new cord. Took off old cord from dryer and hauled it away had my sign and left new dryer in box in drive way. Lowe's you used to be a 4 to 5 star place to shop but now 2 stars. Second time this has happened when I've had an item installed and both times I've asked the salesman are you sure there's nothing I need to buy to prevent an install.

I always have a great experience here, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have had a couple of issues before nothing major and the response from management was always pleasant as they know how to treat a customer. The store is always clean neat and organized you can tell they take pride in their store. One morning I was their for there meeting by the paint desk , and they were going over customer reviews this makes me glad that they are getting the messages out to the floor about customer experience I thought that was cool it showed alot I will do my business here .Thank you

I Had a pretty annoying experience with Lowe's these last couple of weeks. We ordered several appliances with them and had a bunch of issues with the delivery process. When we went into Lowe's to discuss a discount on our damaged stove and wrong fridge, we spoke with manager Joseph who attended us really well. He had excellent customer service skills. he made us very happy customers and he sure changed our opinion on lowes. I would of gave 5 stars but the rest of the staff were not that great

Tried to return items that were charged on lowes card, and they only return items for the recieots you have. Had ti take most of utems back, they would not wven hold them for me to go get other recieots. So had to load everthing back in car and make anither trip
