I'm not big on writing reviews but this needs to be known. I ordered some parts from the Sharpening Shop in February and it took over 6 weeks for me to get them. I understand that things take some time but when I called to see how long the parts were going to take they were rude and not very helpful to me at all. I felt like I wasn't important to them that my business didn't matter. I deal with different parts places all the time and have never had a problem like this before. I was very disappointed in how long it took and how I was treated

I have had my Stihl lawnmower and weed eater (lithium ion battery) for years and I have had them replace parts that wear out and all the staff is helpful and knowledgeable.  Thanks!
