The blonde girl at the entrance desk completely dismissed my reason for returning my items. I wanted to get the right items and she didn't even offer my that courtesy. She gave me store credit for my return because she insisted that I wasn't in the system when I clearly gave her my number 3 times!!!! She even said that she was the manager when I really believe that she wasn't because she did nothing to turn the return into a good transaction. That was not her goal, her goal was to give me a hard time and had the nerve to tell me to have a great day, as if she was happy to see me unhappy. So awful, and rude as hell!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING their service is nice a guy bill helped me and my friend with our project for an earthquake thing and we actually got an A+ he knows what he's doing and is really good experience

First time at your store in Turlock.  Great staff was very helpful and even saved me $10 by giving me a coupon for my $91 purchase  It was worth the 18 mile drive to get there. A + you guys and gals.

I went in the store yesterday (4/16/17) looking for materials to use in my art projects and I was completely harassed and followed around the store as soon as o went in as if I were going to steal something. it was constant and obvious, it made my shopping experience very uncomfortable so i left my items feeling the store didn't deserve my buisness.
