Four stars cause they don't have a "no being rushed by your hubby while shopping" policy. Lol! No i give it four stars because while being there with two kids i got one of the kids car type buggies and we all know those things are rather big and there was a few isles in the lighting area, hardware,garden and paint, that i couldn't even go down because of the portable stair case latter's that wasn't being used and other pallets of merchandise just sitting in the isles. But other than that i love lowes.

I shop here all the time. The people are very curious and helpful. My only complaint is that my wife doesn't let me spend more money on tools or other things.

Let me start off by saying I'm a friendly approachable person myself... Horrible customer service. I just moved to the area about 3 months ago and this is the worst one I've ever been too. I don't know if it's the whole county or just this Lowe's. I'm currently adding a bath and have been in everyday for the last week. Sometimes twice a day. No one will even greet you. If they do say hello it's begrudgingly. I have carried out shower doors shower glass commodes vanities plywood and not once has anyone here offered to help load the cart or my truck. I complained to the head cashier while I rolled out a commode and vanity and still no offer to help. I'm a plumber by trade and in Lowe's daily for years. I've never had such an unfriendly, unhelpful bunch of employees, usually found in packs of 4 or 5 chatting somewhere hidden in the store. I gave one star only because they are close to home and have product I need.  Step up your game Lowe's cause I'm giving my money to HD.
