We staff 3 professional meat cutters to serve you for your custom cuts of fresh meats. We can provide a single steak or a bulk order to feed hundreds. We are happy to offer our own smoked meats. They are smoked on premise and have ready Boston butts, chopped pork and sauce, baby back ribs and spares ribs. Our own Jason Chaney makes a wonderful homemade sausage. We are a great store with many unique items that cannot be found anywhere else.
