Ben was fantastic in helping us get the floors we wanted for our home. He is super friendly and provides great customer service. We had a few issues with the installment of the floor and Ben made sure we got everything fixed and we were fully satisfied. He was professional and prompt with responses. I would recommend giving Ben a call for your flooring needs.

From the initial phone call to schedule their salesman to come give an estimate has been the best experience of my life, pertaining to our renovation. Jason Gregerson is the best, he goes beyond and above to give you what you want. The price was AMAZING! & The wood floors are BEAUTIFUL. The installers, Aaron and Chris are Very professional, respectful, clean and really knows what they're doing. I can't wait to tell and show all my family and friends my new floors. Thank you, Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor for enhancing the beauty of our home. Much love to you all.....

Sheldon was very professional and assisted my husband and I in a timely fashion. He listened to all the things we wanted inside our home and provided us with just that.

Jason arrived on time and got the job done in a orderly fashion. Jason, was very friendly and professional throughout the installation process. My husband and I are beyond pleased with our floors  and would encourage others to be serviced by Ted's Abbey Carpet.

The salesman was very nice and professional. We got an awesome deal on our laminate floors. Our original purchase had a manufacturer's defect which made the floors hard to lock in place. We returned to the store and told them of the situation. They were very kind and wanted to make sure we had a good product. They swiftly resolved the problem, by helping us choose a different manufacturer. I absolutely love my new floors and only wish I had gotten them done sooner. I would definitely recommend Ted's Abbey Carpet & Floor; you won't be disappointed!
