We were so pleased to see Elaine working at the Outlet, we had purchased several items through her since buying our home (refrigerator, oven, and washer/dryer). We always have received excellent care, information, and bargains when purchasing appliances for our home! We will be returning to look at other items we still need to purchase!

I purchased a GE CAFE Refrigerator from the store manager Ron, several months ago. I picked up the fridge, took it home and found out that a few things were missing - a door shelf, some shelf liners, and the water filter. Not a big deal so i called Ron to ask for his help. Because i lived a long ways from the store Ron decided to ship the items to a closer store which was very helpful. We encountered several complications with some of the items, but Ron promised to make it right and he did. It took time to get everything, but in the end Ron followed through and kept his word and my fridge is working perfectly now. I don't often post, rarely actually, but this is truly worth taking the time and energy to let people know that Ron, his staff and his store are truly wonderful. If I ever need another appliance, I will go here first. And if there ever is an issue, I know Ron will make it right. He really believes in making his customers happy and he lives this value! After our fridge crapped out on us we decided to give the outlet a try. At first we were disappointed, because the fridge we selected arrived and did not work. My wife called the store and did not even have to complain. She spoke to Elaine at the store who seemed to be more upset then we were. We went back to the store that night and Elaine helped us pick a different fridge. She went above and beyond to help us pick a good make and model and was also able to get us a good deal. Finally she went as far as to get us the earliest possible delivery. Before delivery Elaine had the new selection plugged in to assure it was in working order. It was delivered and works great. Elaine called after delivery to assure we were happy with the fridge. Hats off to Elaine for a great experience and helping us out so much.

Leased a fridge because the sales associate failed to inform us about the fact that we would have to buy it at the end of the lease. At the time of purchasing I even asked him the difference between leasing and financing but he never mentioned the buyout option. In fact I distinctly remember him leading me to believe that all I had to do was make the 5 payments and that would be it. I only just realised that I have to pay the full purchase price of the fridge which essentially means I paid twice as much to purchase it all because the sales associate did not explain my options properly.
