The customer service is lacking here. I was helped at customer service by two young employees. They both seemed very disinterested and just chatted amongst themselves, making me feel as if I was interrupting them. The product worked great and I had no problem with the store itself. Some staff could just use a little more training on basic customer service.

A guy has to know his hardware stores. One might have better lumber or tool than another and the other may have better outdoor/garden stuff. Lowe's strong suit is their appliances. If I need an appliance; I go to Lowe's.

I will never be a Lowes costumer again. Buying appliances here was a communication nightmare. Lowes was a no show for one of my delivery dates. I was told three weeks for my gas range install. It turns out it was a two month install date. Im still trying to get my money back. I should have never cheated on Home Depot. Sorry Home Depot.

Lowe's has a lot of stuff but they do lack the quantity and variety at Menards and home Depot. I like Lowe's and do buy from them often but for some things you just have to go other places.
