My husband and I were shopping for a new bed and we loved our experience at The Furniture Mart. Victor is the guy to see if you need a new bed. He answered any question we had about every bed we checked out. He is so knowledgeable!  They have a large selection of mattresses and I think Victor knows everything about every bed! He has EXCELLENT customer Service! He approaches you, asks what your looking for so he can point you in the right direction. He gives you time to look around and checks on you often to see if you have any questions. I would highly recommend buying a bed from Victor at The Furniture Mart.

Horrible customer service.  We brought a chair in December 2016..called October 2017 because it was falling apart.  They sent someone out December 2017 and he "fixed" it.  By Jan. 2018 it was totally broken..called they sent someone out...he was going to order the part.  It is April 2018 and they still have not fixed it.  Customer Service manager will not return phone calls.  We have bought from them just about every year for the past 10.  Including a dining room set, living room and bedrooms.  Their furniture is cheap and their customer service is horrible.

Victor was amazing! My home had a water pipe burst and flooded everything. Victor was conscientious and generous when I was working with him.  I will be able to sleep comfortably in my new bed as soon as I’m able to get back into my home. Thank you, Victor!

Decent selection, fair pricing for the most part. I would actually visit this location more, but some of the salespeople are a bit aggressive and don't leave me alone to shop in peace. After this happened on more than one occasion, I find myself going elsewhere.

Lack of communication about furniture parts and charges from sales reps. We received our furniture two weeks after the delivery date, having a very bad experience with the first delivery crew. Second crew installed my kids bed, screwing screws and breaking 6 pieces of wood that supports the mattress. My personal opinion people have to be trained  into how you install something and pay attention to details.
