Darin, the store manager, was extremely helpful. What a nice guy! He made my wife and I feel comfortable about the entire mattress buying process and was very knowledgeable about the products he was selling. He called the factory so that we could get it delivered as soon as possible. We are very appreciative!

Darin was wonderful! Buying a mattress is not an easy decision...we were so overwhelmed and he walked us through the process and all of the options so simply! He stayed over an hour past closing to take care of us. Would highly recommend Darin & his team. Thank you for all your help!

The Shakopee mattress firm was such a wonderful experience. Went in not planning on buying a bed and received honest and kind help from the nice guy named Jamie! Went to several other mattress places and did not get treated with as much respect as Jamie gave us! Wonderful all around and the prices were awesome.
