Zero would be the rating. Monday we purchased almost $1600 of paint and materials for renovations. The paint department had one person on and we bought ten gallons of paint to be tinted and nixed. The gentleman helping us was fine but there was another customer waiting so he asked another employee if she could help. She was unbelievably rude and nasty in her answer and resfused to assist a customer. Then we paid $65 to have items delivered. They do not deliver into the house just dump the stuff outside. No one told us this. We do not have anyone to carry these items in. I'm 71 and certainly can't carry a heavy door and drywall etc. I am disgusted. When I called to speak to a manager no one would answer. This store is horrendous. I may just return everything and purchase elsewhere. How do they stay in business? Worst home improvement store ever!!!

BLINDS DEPARTMENT ... if you purchase a custom blind, dont use Blind and Design in Canton for your measurements, ask for another company. Lowes knows they will do a terrible job, already happened to several customers. My review on Blinds and design: They were supposed to come over and measure for some blinds I purchased at Lowes (Lowes gave them the business). They took over a week to come and measure, they never bothered to call. Then, they told me they would fax over the measurements to Lowes that night. I called Lowes two days later, they didnt get the measurements. Lowes called these guys, they didnt answer. I called Lowes two days after that (now it is 4 days) and nothing. I called Lowes a week later and still nothing. Nice way of taking care of your clients. The person at Lowes told me several clients have been having problems with this company. Why did they recommend them? I asked Lowes, how can I trust that these guys will install the blinds after I purchase them and I wont get stuck paying hundreds for custom blinds and they couldnt guarantee it, so I cancelled everything and went to another company. Lowes will also get a bad review for doing business with them, while knowing what would happen.

Wonderful customer service last Friday night from Mike in Plumbing at the Dedham store! Highest rating! Water was already building up and threatening my basement. Mike directed me to exactly the right pump I needed. Problem solved! Dry basement! Many thanks, Trisha
