Matt at Savio Lighting went above and beyond to help me with an issue with a manufacturer. I bought a Eurofase chandelier back in 2014. The transformer blew and the new part was incredibly expensive. He helped me purchase the part from the manufacturer. Then worked with my electrician to talk through the process of install as the new transformer had a complicated install. Then when we still had an issue with half the lights still not working, I brought the light back in to him and he figured out what was wrong and fixed it for me. This was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank you so much Matt.

Savios was recommended to me by my electrician for the purchase of an outdoor light fixture. I was honestly disappointed by the the stores modest exterior. The interior on the other hand was beautifully set up in separate but open areas which complemented the style of the lighting each contained.It was a pleasure just to walk about and see their beautiful displays. P.S. I did buy my outdoor light figure there.

It can take a month for you to get the light you choose at the store so you have to buy it well in advance of when you plan to install your new lighting. But if it then takes more than 30 days for you to get to the point that you can install the light fixture (as most home remodel projects do) and at that point you find it doesn't fit the space as you expected you are screwed. Savio will not allow you to replace that lamp with another from their inventory even if the lamp is untouched. Their policy is not to work with the customer to find the best lighting for your home, their policy is to take your money and run.

The warranty is pointless. I have a defective light fixture, I called and spoke with Melissa. I was told that it was under warranty and that it could be replaced, but that I would need to send the defective one back first. I was unable to be without the light for an extended period of time, so I purchased a new one and was told that I could then send back the old one. I also received an email with an RGA confirmation that clearly says to use as the return shipping label. I later find out that I also need to pay for the return shipping. The amount of time it will take for me to go to the post office and pay for the return shipping is not worth it. What's the point of having a warranty if it costs time and money to use it?

This place has a large collection of lighting. They have carefully chosen samples on display, and many more that can be ordered from the catalogue. The employees are nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable. We visited many places, ended up buying from Savio things we liked more than other places and within our budget.
