I like how close this location is to where i live, it makes trips more fun because we dont have to worry about traffic. The employees here are always super friendly and helpful but not overbearingly so. The prices are good. And I appreciate that they allow us to bring our dog to the store she loves going everywhere with us of course.

My Mom bought a stove two and a half weeks ago. They said it would be delivered the day after Mother's day. They did not give a time. We waited til 11am and called them . They said they would call back. It's now 5pm still no word if they are gonna deliver. This place is very unprofessional will not ever buy anything from this Huntington beach Lowe's .

Poor. I wandered all over the store looking for a sprinkler timer. After 20minutes a store employee asked if I needed help and sent me down the wrong aisle. I then needed to wander some more before I found another person to send me to the right place. Meanwhile there were a lot of employees chatting with each other near the entrance, I guess too occupied to notice would be customers needing assistance. I left without buying anything.

They DO NOT take my tool back for store credit even I bought it only a month ago. Their return policy is not black and white. Home depot policy is easy and more friendly.
