Went in because I needed a quart of paint. The employee in the paint department was busy but extremely helpful and curtious. While he was mixing my paint, another employee asked if I needed help. I noticed he picked up trash off the floor instead of walking over it. Two valuable employees. At the register I noticed dishwasher detergent rang the wrong price. An employee named Rosie helped me. On the shelf it was marked incorrectly. Realizing it was the store's error, she honored the price keeping me a happy customer. Let me add the store was clean inside as well as the parking lot.

So hard to find help at this place, four stars for always being so clean and organized, definitely not for helping.

Love this Lowes. I've been going here for years. My main interest is the garden section. However when I need the connection hose to my fridge I'm clueless. This is where the helpful staff pick out the right hose and other accessories I need. Never had an issue with the items purchased or the staff at this store.

I have no problem with the store. The delivery service is a bunch of lazy cry babies!! They don't solve anything!! They see a situation and cry about it and walked away! I payed for a fridge to be installed (in full including extraction fee) and they came up with nothing but excuses why they can't install. Working for multiple companies and managing work crews to install and uninstall larger equipment in smaller spaces I would have to say. It's unacceptable!!!! They didn't even try!! Especially when the person delivering is built to push 500 lbs. I have extracted and installed my refrigerator. No problem. Someone needs to have a talk with Israel. Update!! I installed it myself!!

From a guy in the plumbing dept telling me to go with a galvanized cap for a kitchen faucet to a young millennial basically refusing to help me when I requested service in the pickup dept. Do yourself a favor and have your questions answered for yourself unless you like to go down rabbit holes with guys who think a 1/4 in. Tapcon needs a 1/4 in. hole (that was Oakland /I-95 location) And I didn't even ask about it was offered to me by an associate as I browsed the concrete fasteners.
